Responsibilities

  • Promote MCCproducts and unique value proposition toassigned customers.
  • Establish active listening skills toidentifycustomerpain points and align MCC strength while adapting to market dynamics
  • Develop account strategy to identify key growth areasandattackplanstoaddressissuesanddriveorganicrevenue
  • Meet sales budget (Booking/Billing)
  • Take ownership onperiodiccustomer business review
  • Ability toapply critical and systemic thinking while proactively problem solving
  • Conductessentialanalysisincluding TAM, Market trend, Competition landscape, Capacity analysisand provide feedback to the respective product teams.
  • Leverage available sales tools and understanding of supply chain management to maximizesales pipelineopportunity
  • Workbothregionallyandglobally to achieveKPI


Qualifications:

  • Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
  • Experience (Preferred): 5 years of technical sales experience in EMS and OEM
  • Knowledge (Must): Knowledge of Budgeting/Driving sales/Solution oriented
  • Abilities/Qualities: Excellent agility, Attention to detail, Result-driven ability, Ownership, First principle thinker, Problem solving and Communication skills
  • Take ownership on periodic customer QBR
