Pay: $40.00-$60.00/hour based on experience + spiffs
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Relocation allowance available to qualified candidates

Jacob's HVAC/R, LLC has more than 20 years of experience serving Chelan and Douglas counties. We are building stronger processes, investing in training, and working to create greater consistency for both our employees and our customers.

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who can set the standard in the field while helping develop the people around them.

This Is More Than an Installer Position

We need someone who can:

Lead by example
Set the standard for quality, professionalism, communication, jobsite organization, and customer care.

Develop other installers
Share your experience, train other team members, and help others improve their technical skills.

Follow and strengthen processes
We believe repeatable processes make everyone's job easier and create a more consistent experience for our customers.

Own the finished product
Our installers take pride in craftsmanship. We want someone who wants to look back at an installation and be proud to put their name on it.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Advanced sheet metal fabrication skills
• Ability to install system components and accessories
• Ability to troubleshoot installed systems and components
• AC and heat pump startup experience
• Experience installing complex venting and combustion air
• Advanced low-voltage wiring capabilities
• Line-set and gas piping installation and testing
• Ability to train and supervise others when needed
• Required tools
• Strong customer-service mindset
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
