Rail Maintenance Associate | Leading Energy & Transportation Company We're looking for a
Rail Maintenance Associate to support rail fleet maintenance operations and ensure efficient coordination between repair shops, lessors, and internal logistics teams. If you have experience in rail logistics, transportation operations, fleet management, or supply chain coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team supporting critical transportation assets.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate rail car shop trips, repair estimates, approvals, and outbound dispositions
- Maintain accurate data within the Transportation Management System (TMS) and manage compliance records
- Serve as the primary liaison between rail repair shops, leasing companies, and internal stakeholders
- Track mandatory rail car inspections and testing requirements, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Process shop diversions, invoices, repair documentation, and off-lease rail car activities
- Generate reports, communicate updates, and support continuous process improvements across rail maintenance operations
What You Bring:- 2+ years of experience in rail logistics, fleet management, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on efficiency, problem-solving, and process improvement
Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
