Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Review vehicle damage and identify all necessary repairs to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
- Communicate with customers regarding the repair process, timelines, and insurance claim status.
- Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates and supplements.
- Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Prepare and submit supplements when additional damage is discovered during repairs.
- Ensure all repair orders, estimates, and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Verify parts availability and coordinate with the parts department to minimize repair delays.
- Maintain compliance with OEM repair procedures, insurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with final vehicle delivery and review completed repairs with customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Body Estimator, or similar role required.
- Experience in an automotive collision repair facility preferred.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
- Knowledge of vehicle construction, collision repair procedures, and insurance claims processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple repair files in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
