What You’ll Do:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Represent personal injury clients in court, mediation, and arbitration
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties to build strong cases
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
- Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress
- Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- TRIAL! Unlike many personal injury firms, we actually take cases to a jury and through to a verdict.
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association
- Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable)
- Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory
- A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy
