Outside Sales Representative

Musicians' Repair and Sales is currently seeking an outside sales representative to maintain and drive company revenue. (Pay is based on experience and performance.)

Responsibilities;

• Cultivate outside accounts; schools, churches, etc. during normal school hours with sales in band and orchestra instruments, printed music, and musical instrument repair.
• Pickup and drop off repairs, product, etc. for schools and rental students.
• Expand sales route by adding additional qualifying programs/schools.
• On occasion pickup/drop off product at local vendors/subcontractors
• Provide outside accounts with advice and products using your knowledge of the industry.
• Participate in local trade shows, pro days, product displays.
• Take part in instrument fittings, parent info nights, and recruiting/rental displays.
• Perform miscellaneous duties at the retail store including, but not limited to, inputting orders, working the retail sales counter, inventory control.

“Summer Schedule”

The “summer schedule” is negotiable and its hours could vary. Tasks to include:

• Pickup and drop off larger quantities of repairs.
• Deliver new rentals and merchandise to schools for incoming music students.
• Help with estimating repairs or appraisals in the field or the store.
