FP&A Director

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing finance team. This is a high visibility role that will partner with leadership and business teams across the organization, with a focus on reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes
• Prepare management and bank reporting
• Own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and scenario planning
• Provide leadership with timely financial reporting and business insights
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Analyze business and operational metrics to understand company and regional performance
• Support the use and adoption of BI tools and business data
• Partner with accounting on financial reporting and data structure improvements
• Build and improve reporting decks, dashboards and financial models
• Lead cross functional projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant FP&A and financial modeling experience
• QSR or multi unit restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience managing projects and working cross functionally
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Self starter who works well in a fast paced, growing environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and business partners
