Key Qualifications:
- Highly Qualified status required:
• Pass the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (MN Parapro or ParaEducator Exam), or
• At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required) - Comfortable and experienced working with students exhibiting the highest behavioral needs and most significant disabilities
- Willing and able to assist with toileting and physical care as part of daily support
- Flexible to work with students from elementary to high school levels (please specify age preference)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom and one-on-one support to students with severe disabilities
- Keep students engaged and safe in a structured, supportive environment
- Assist with daily personal care tasks as needed
- Follow individualized education plans and work closely with special education teachers and staff
- Monitor and respond to student behavioral needs with patience and positivity
- Maintain confidential and accurate documentation as required
