• Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Guide existing policyholders through coverage reviews to ensure their protection evolves with their life changes.
• Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Maintain accurate client documentation to ensure smooth policy renewals and modifications.
• Collaborate with the agency team to reach local outreach goals and community engagement targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes and industry shifts.

• Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license preferred Must obtain with in 30 days of hire Licensing assistance available
