General Production Worker

Location: Versailles, KY

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Day Shift: 6:15 AM - 6:30 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:15 AM

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Versailles, Kentucky. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain production rates while meeting quality expectations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Ability to operate machinery or production equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Forklift experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience

This position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, providing employees with every other weekend off.

This position is based in a large-scale manufacturing facility. Employees work around production equipment, moving machinery, and industrial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This facility is not climate controlled. Temperatures inside the plant can become very hot during warmer months, especially in production areas. Candidates should be comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

The role requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
• Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
• Working around machinery and moving equipment
• Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintaining quality and production standards throughout the shift

Hydration stations, scheduled breaks, and safety equipment are provided to support employee health and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
