Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Electrical Assembly: Uncrate, assemble, and wire AGV systems and associated
charging stations at customer facilities.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on robotic fleets, including lubricating
mechanical joints, checking battery health, and inspecting drive wheels.
Repairs Parts Replacement: Swap out faulty hardware components such as sensors, motors,
cables, and circuit boards using standard hand tools and multimeters.
Testing Support: Execute standard testing procedures and checklists to ensure equipment functions
properly before handing it over to the client.
Cross-Border Communication: Report hardware defects and site challenges clearly to our technical
support and manufacturing teams in China.
Site Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance performed, parts used, and travel
expenses.
Required Qualifications
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and
written) is required to read technical manuals and communicate with our overseas teams.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; an Associate’s degree or technical
certificate in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics is highly preferred.
Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, industrial
maintenance, automotive repair, or a related field.
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using standard hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing
equipment (e.g., multimeters).
Travel Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport. Willingness to travel
frequently (up to [Insert %, e.g., 75%]) to US client sites and travel internationally to China for technical
training.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience repairing forklifts, conveyor belts, or CNC machinery.
Basic understanding of how to read mechanical blueprints and simple electrical wiring diagrams.
Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
procedures.
