Location:Katy, TX
Pay Rate:$20 to $25 per hour DOE
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking aPurchasing/Inside Sales Representativefor atemp-to-hireposition in theKaty area. This role requires acustomer-focused professionalwith experience in theOil & Gas industryto assist clients with theirequipment and consumable needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible forprocessing orders, managing customer accounts, sourcing products, and ensuring excellent service.

Job Duties:

• Customer Engagement:Assist walk-in and phone-in customers by identifying and fulfilling their equipment and supply needs.
• Sales & Order Processing:Manage incoming sales inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate quotes.
• Product Sourcing:Work with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure product availability.
• Client Relationship Management:Maintain relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
• Industry Expertise:Utilize Oil & Gas industry knowledge to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow-Up & Support:Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups, problem resolution, and proactive communication.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry(purchasing, sales, or related field).
• Strongcustomer service and communication skills.
• Ability tomultitask and manage client needsin a fast-paced environment.
• Experience inorder processing, inventory management, and supplier coordinationis a plus.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and inventory management softwareis preferred.
• Must bedetail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
