Bay View Shade & Blind is looking for an experienced sales professional who loves people, design, and creating solutions that help homeowners live with more comfort, style, and peace of mind.

This role is a unique mix of sales, design, and project management. You'll meet with homeowners, understand what they need, design the right solution, guide them through the purchase, and own the details all the way through completion.

But the relationship doesn't end when the project does.

You'll communicate throughout the process, follow through on commitments, look for opportunities to go above and beyond, and stay connected with customers long after installation.

The goal isn't simply to make a saleit's to create an experience people remember and a relationship that lasts.

We're Looking for Someone Who Takes Ownership

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a proven history of sales success and building relationships
• Have a passion for design and helping people
• Take ownership from the first conversation through project completionand beyond
• Have strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Enjoy networking and creating new relationships
• Are confident asking for the sale, referrals, and reviews
• Are comfortable using technology, including an iPad and laptop
• Are coachable and committed to continuous improvement
• Want to be part of a team, not just an individual producer

Window treatment experience isn't required. Experience in consultative sales, design, remodeling, construction, real estate, automotive, luxury retail, furniture, hospitality, or another relationship-driven field can translate well.

A Different Way to Start

We don't expect you to walk in and figure everything out on your own.

You'll begin with our BVSB Sales 30 Day Bootcamp, a hands-on training experience focused on our products, design approach, sales process, technology, customer experience, andmost importantlybuilding your foundation for success.

You'll learn how to reconnect with previous customers, network, generate referrals and reviews, participate in marketing initiatives, and begin building your own customer portfolio.

Your first 30 days include:

$5,000 Bonus on Day One

Complete our Sales 30 Day Bootcamp and receive a second$5,000 bonus.

Then begin earning 10% commission on 100% of your sales.

There is no cold calling.

BVSB provides qualified homeowner opportunities, while you build additional business through networking, previous customers, referrals, reviews, relationships, and company marketing initiatives.

We'll give you the foundation. You build the relationships.
