We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our Houston office and support our Employee Benefits team.

What You'll Do

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Account Managers to support employer benefit programs and help ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Account Managers with client service and renewal activities
• Gathering and organizing employee census information for carrier submissions
• Coordinating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and carrier quoting processes
• Working directly with insurance carriers to market employee benefit plans
• Reviewing and tracking carrier quotes and responses
• Creating benefit comparison spreadsheets and proposal materials
• Maintaining client records and documentation
• Supporting new client onboarding and implementation activities
• Assisting with presentations, reports, and client communications
• Helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 2-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, client services, account support, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system is a plus
• Active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred, but not required
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Life & Health License in the future
• College degree preferred
