We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing team member to help us connect with customers, generate online visibility, and support smooth office operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, is confident on the phone, and wants to build valuable experience in the insurance industry

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Reach out to customers to request and track Google reviews
- Assist with onboarding new clients and completing follow-ups
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Support daily office communication and light administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts or prompts
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple tasks
- Customer service or calling experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred)
