Position Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility. Your efforts will help ensure a productive workplace for employees and visitors while supporting overall plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dust and clean offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, windows, and other designated areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or repair needs to management
• Perform basic handyman and facility maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous janitorial experience required

Stable work history

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety

Work Environment & Schedule

Manufacturing/Industrial Environment

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Overtime available as needed

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour
