Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Starting Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
We are seeking Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team supporting customer accounts in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. We currently have two openings supporting different customer accounts, and we are looking to move quickly with qualified candidates.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service skills with warehouse, shipping, logistics, and inventory experience. You will work closely with customers and internal warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and move through the operation on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to assigned accounts.
- Manually wave customer orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on order requirements and operational needs.
- Review outbound orders and cube truckloads by determining how many cases and/or pallets will fit on an outbound trailer.
- Coordinate with warehouse, compliance, and kitting teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor orders from initial processing through completion and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Coordinate shipments, carriers, delivery schedules, and other logistics activities as needed.
- Research and resolve order, inventory, shipping, and delivery issues.
- Work with inventory information within the WMS to ensure orders are accurate and properly processed.
- Assist with invoicing and order-related documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, shipment updates, and exceptions.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and multiple computer systems throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Help identify and resolve problems quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal team members.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service experience preferred.
- Shipping, logistics, warehouse, or 3PL experience highly desired.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or inventory control.
- Experience processing or coordinating orders in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Comfortable working with order quantities, cases, pallets, and shipment information.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with invoicing is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
- Quick learner who works well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and dependable.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and follow issues through to completion.
