Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as anEquipment Engineer, where you'll drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you'll be involved in hands-on process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities for the Equipment Engineering role include:
- Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Troubleshooting equipment to improve performance
- Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
- Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Qualifications of the Equipment Engineering role include:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn quickly in a practical environment
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
- Knowledge of automation systems is helpful
- Good communication and computer skills
