Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following established recipes and menu plans

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards

• Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient meal service and maintain a positive dining experience for residents

• Collaborate with dietary staff to develop and implement special diets and menus for residents with specific needs

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and satisfaction, ensuring that all meals are served with a focus on resident well-being

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation, required

• Food and Sanitation License required

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work well with others

• Ability to adjust and communicate effectively with others

• Ability to follow the reasonable instructions of superior

• Solid work history
