Production Manager

About the Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Production Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the fabrication operation, including:

• Production planning and scheduling
• Labor, equipment, and material utilization
• Quality, safety, cost, and productivity
• Leadership of supervision and maintenance teams
• Production KPIs and continuous improvement
• Improving manufacturing methods and project flow
• Collaboration with estimating, purchasing, logistics, quality, HR, and executive leadership

Responsibilities: We are seeking a proven steel fabrication leader with deep operational experience who understands both the people and production sides of the business.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings:

• Significant leadership experience within steel fabrication
• Strong production and personnel-management experience
• Ability to read plans and fabrication drawings
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement
• The leadership presence to operate as a key member of the management team

Pay range and compensation package: This opportunity includes an executive-level salary and incentive package, along with:
