Resident Care Provider (RCP) Senior Living

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Lotus Village (previously known as Lanier Village)is seeking aResident Care Provider for full and part-time positions, all shifts available. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.

Duties of aResident Care Provider:

• Assisting with baths/showers

• Bed making, activity groups

• Pass trays and answer call lights

• Helping with meals and setting up the dining room, etc.

Qualifications for aResident Care Provider:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Senior Living experience- preferred

• Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.
