Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Fridays 8am- 2pm.
As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and reputable dentists while providing exceptional dental care to patients. This is an 8 operatory practice with 3 full-timehygienists and 1 part time.
FFS/PPO opportunity.
$ 700.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee with 35 % collections
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and continuously improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
