Customer Service Rep (Monte Package)

Monte Package Company (a Bunzl company) is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riverside, MI. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers, coordinating daily office activities, and ensuring orders and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
• Support general office operations and administrative functions
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional, confident, and personable demeanor
• Resourceful problem solver who remains calm under pressure
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Preferred

• Experience working in distribution, packaging, industrial products, or a related industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a significant plus
