Production Line Machine Operator

Pay range: $17–$19 per hour
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

What you’ll do
- Prepare, start up, and operate production machinery to meet spec.
- Load inputs and remove completed components, organizing them for next steps.
- Inspect product during and after runs to verify measurements and finish.
- Adjust machine settings within guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Document counts, observations, and routine production data accurately.
- Clean equipment and your work area as part of routine care.
- Follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE without exception.
- Alert your supervisor to any defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
What you’ll bring
- Background in machine operation or a manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Comfort reading instructions, using measurements, and interpreting basic blueprints.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
- Capability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for long stretches.
- Consistency, punctuality, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
