Job Title: Office Assistant/ Scanner
Location: Cypress, CA, Onsite
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday | 20–25 hours/week | Flexible Hours
Compensation: $19- 20 per hour

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant / Scanner to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone seeking flexible, temporary work in a professional office environment.

The primary focus will be scanning and organizing documents, along with basic office support. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working independently, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and digitize documents, records, and calibration certificates
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
• Verify scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
• Perform data entry and update electronic records
• Assist with filing, copying, and other general office tasks
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or front-office roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Previous office, administrative, data entry, or scanning experience is a plus, but not required
