Senior Staffing Account Representative

Empire Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring an experiencedSenior Staffing Account Representativeto manage and grow key client relationships within the temporary staffing industry. This client-facing position is based in the Oak Forest, IL, area and combines account management, workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate has experience supporting light industrial or manufacturing clients and can proactively address workforce needs, resolve service issues, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Salary:$60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus

As a Senior Staffing Account Representative, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for staffing and workforce planning needs.
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and sales teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet each client’s requirements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned client locations.
• Monitor active assignments, resolve escalated issues, and maintain timely communication with clients.
• Lead rate discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreement renewals in partnership with sales leadership.
• Mentor junior Account Representatives by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and provide recommendations to sales and company leadership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records in Bullhorn and other internal systems.
• Participate in client meetings, job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and client agreements.
• Prepare reports on account performance, client feedback, staffing activity, and service metrics.

To qualify, you should have:

• Three to five years of client account management experience within the staffing or temporary workforce industry.
• Experience supporting light industrial or manufacturing clients preferred.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience using an ATS or CRM system, preferably Bullhorn.
• A bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be substituted.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
• The ability to work primarily at a client site and communicate regularly by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
