Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment where maintaining cleanliness and preventing dust contamination is critical. All production personnel wear a full cleanroom suit while on the floor to protect sensitive electronic components and ensure high quality standards. Multiple 12-hour shift options are available, including day and overnight schedules. Day shifts typically run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across various combinations of Monday through Sunday with alternating days each week, resulting in a rotating pattern of 48-hour and 36-hour weeks. Overnight shifts run from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with a shift differential provided for overnight work. The facility operates on a structured shift system (A–F and Overnight A–F) to support continuous production. You will work with microscopes, hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment while following strict safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures in a modern, controlled manufacturing setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
