We are seeking anexperienced, detail-obsessed, and highly reliable High-End Residential Housekeeperto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes true pride in their work and understands the elevated standards that come with caring for luxury homes.
Our clients expect exceptional quality, consistency, and professionalism and we’re looking for someone who delivers exactly that.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, actual days and hours will vary.
What You'll Do
- Provide meticulous, top-to-bottom cleaning in high-end residential homes
- Maintain flawless presentation of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Perform detailed tasks such as baseboards, fixtures, high-touch surfaces, and specialty materials
- Care for delicate surfaces (stone, wood, stainless steel, glass, etc.) with proper techniques
- Organize and maintain household spaces to a high standard
- Follow customized cleaning plans based on client preferences
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain discretion and respect for clients’ privacy at all times
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential or luxury housekeeping preferred but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail noticing what others miss
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of proper cleaning products and techniques
- Trustworthy and respectful in private homes
- Reliable transportation required
