Job Summary:
The Packer is responsible for packaging products according to company, safety, and quality standards. This role ensures products are packed accurately, cleanly, and in compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Package finished products according to work instructions and production schedules
Inspect products for defects, contamination, or damage before packing
Label products accurately, including lot numbers and expiration dates
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following GMP guidelines
Follow food safety, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical regulations at all times
Assemble boxes, insert packaging materials, and seal cartons
Record production counts and report discrepancies or quality issues
Wear required PPE and follow hygiene protocols
Qualifications:
Previous packing or production experience preferred (not required)
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a regulated environment
