Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Specialist to support the presentation and execution of brand programs across customer-focused events, retail initiatives, and scheduled activations. This position is responsible for becoming familiar with assigned brands and helping ensure products, messaging, materials, and customer interactions are presented consistently and professionally.

The Brand Specialist will work with internal teams to support brand standards while gathering useful observations about customer interests, questions, and overall response to current initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop familiarity with assigned brands, products, services, and current initiatives
  • Communicate accurate product and brand information to customers
  • Explain key product features, differences, and available options
  • Support scheduled brand activations, retail programs, product initiatives, and events
  • Assist with product demonstrations and informational activities
  • Prepare and maintain branded displays, signage, materials, and presentation areas
  • Ensure customer-facing materials follow established brand guidelines
  • Review displays and materials for accuracy, organization, and consistency
  • Monitor the presentation of assigned products throughout scheduled programs
  • Coordinate materials and resources needed for upcoming brand activities
  • Maintain inventory of informational materials, displays, samples, and program supplies
  • Gather customer questions, comments, and observations regarding assigned products
  • Identify recurring customer interests and frequently requested information
  • Organize customer feedback for internal review
  • Observe customer response to different products, messages, and brand activities
  • Communicate relevant market and customer observations to appropriate team members
  • Assist with preparing materials for product launches and seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate with marketing, events, and operations teams regarding brand requirements
  • Maintain organized records related to assigned brand activities
  • Support additional brand programs based on current project needs

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in brand marketing, retail, events, customer engagement, merchandising, marketing support, or a related environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and personable interpersonal approach
  • Ability to learn and accurately communicate product and brand information
  • Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in active environments
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
