We’re partnering with a well-establishedfood production and processing organizationthat’s expanding its operations and looking to bring on aProduction Team Leadfor their 1st shift team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into aleadership role on the floornot behind a desk.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support a team of production operators in a fast-paced environment
- Assign work, monitor output, and keep production flowing efficiently
- Ensure adherence tosafety, quality, and food handling standards
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate when needed
- Train and mentor team members, setting the tone for performance and accountability
- Partner with supervisors to hit daily production goals
What we’re looking for:
- Experience infood manufacturing, cold storage, or production environments
- Prior experience as aLead, Line Lead, or Senior Operator
- Comfortable working in ahands-on, physically active role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Someone who takes ownership and can keep a team moving under pressure
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate ($20–$25/hr range)
