Customer Service Representative - Financial Services

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced financial service center. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing accurate, efficient support for a variety of service and account-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate and efficient support while meeting established department performance metrics.
• Assist customers with Cash Management products and services, online banking/client website support, and mobile app inquiries.
• Respond to general account and financial-related questions.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources while assisting customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and customer needs.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• College degree or college-level education
• Previous contact center or call center experience
