Med/Surg Special Care Unit Registered NursePomerene Hospital is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Special Care Unit Registered Nurse for an assignment in Millersburg, Ohio. The position is located at 981 Wooster Road, Millersburg, Ohio 44654.
This night shift position covers both the MedSurg and Special Care Unit (SCU). The 13-week assignment includes weekends and holidays. Block scheduling (weekends only) may be accommodated to attract the right candidate. The need is immediate.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the MedSurg and Special Care Unit.
• Manage patient loads of up to 6 patients on MedSurg and up to 4 on SCU.
• Work all assigned weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Step-down/telemetry experience preferred.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current NIHSS certification.
