Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain attractive and organized product displays and merchandise arrangements
Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability
Handle gift wrapping, packaging, and special customer requests
Support store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
Previous retail, customer service, or gift shop experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic cash transactions
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light merchandise
Positive, team-player attitude with a passion for helping others
