You will be part of an engineering and construction team supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities and infrastructure projects. This role provides technical and project coordination support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
Why This Role MattersAs a Project Engineer, you play a key role in connecting engineering requirements with day-to-day project execution. Your work helps ensure designs, schedules, documentation, and construction activities stay aligned with project goals, quality standards, and site requirements.
What You’ll Do• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution from start through completion
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and outstanding action items
• Assist with resolving technical issues and coordinating engineering solutions
• Monitor construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and facilities teams
• Support change orders, cost tracking, material coordination, and project documentation
• Participate in project meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and action items
• Conduct site walks and field inspections to monitor progress and identify issues
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities
• Ensure project activities follow applicable safety, quality, and site requirements
• Experience in project engineering, construction, or engineering coordination
• Knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, priorities, and project requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors and cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech facility experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project engineering, construction, or a related field
• Experience supporting complex industrial or facility projects preferred
• EIT certification or PE license preferred
