Insurance Sales Producer

• Meet sales goals and performance measures by writing new insurance business from agency-provided leads.
• Consistently follow the Kim Asay Agency sales process with every prospect.
• Maintain and manage an organized CRM pipeline and complete timely follow-up with all prospects.
• Ensure underwriting information is entered accurately and reviewed carefully.
• Confirm all required documents are collected and e-signed by prospects who purchase insurance.
• Show a strong understanding of new products, guidelines, and industry rules.
• Support the agency’s existing customers by helping manage and grow the book of business through outstanding customer service.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record
• Property and Casualty license not required to apply
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 2 weeks of job offer
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to keep the prospect’s best interest at the center of the conversation
• Comfortable learning and following agency processes
