A crew - $16/hr Monday thru Thursday 6 am - 4 pm
B crew - $16.50/hr - Sunday thru Wednesday 8 pm to 6 am

Position Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and quality-focused work environment. This position performs production tasks, completes required documentation, inspects products for quality, and works as part of a team to meet production goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including proper use of equipment and workstations.
Inspect products for quality and defects and complete required production documentation.
Maintain 5S standards within assigned departments.
Ensure production targets and daily expectations are met.
Properly label finished goods and assist with small-lot preparation.
Monitor scrap levels and support efforts to reduce waste.
Follow established procedures regarding customer and quality concerns.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and team leaders.
Immediately report production interruptions, equipment concerns, or other issues to the Production Supervisor/Team Leader.
Assist with training new and temporary associates on assigned production processes.
Work in other production areas as needed and directed by the Production Supervisor.
Maintain a positive attitude and support a continuous-improvement work environment.
Work toward established company performance goals, including scrap percentage, OEE, PPM, quality, delivery, and 5S scores.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work in different production areas as needed.
