What you'll do as a Project & Service Coordinator II
Position Summary:
The Project & Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with Project Managers to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively. This position contributes to the planning, execution, and oversight of programs, projects, and activities across various project areas. The Project & Service Coordinator works cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to manage resources, schedules, and project communications, helping drive project success from start to finish. The Project & Service Coordinator coordinates all Service Tickets that are received and written up by the Help Desk Team. The Project Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining professional communications with the customer and maintaining a sense of ownership of the customer's issues at all times while scheduling technicians to perform the Service Ticket at the customer's site.
This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
