Manufacturing Assembly Operator

Core responsibilities
- Assemble components to specification, ensuring repeatable quality with every unit.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely; follow operating procedures at all times.
- Verify finished products through visual and dimensional checks against company standards.
- Maintain 5S habitsorderliness, cleanliness, and readiness at your station.
- Collaborate with peers to meet daily/weekly production schedules.
- Communicate problems, nonconformances, or material issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training and upskilling as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong focus on detail; can follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to keep pace in a high-output environment and meet production goals.
- Basic mechanical know-how and proficiency with hand tools.
- Effective communicator and team contributor.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime when needed.
