As our Lead Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow behind the counter.
• Preparing high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Training and mentoring team members to maintain consistent service standards.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock management.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Providing outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• A deep passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
