Help Us Build the Next Stage of Our Companies

Some people are good at construction.

Others are good at making sure construction actually gets done.

At Louxz Renovations and Liberty Plumbing & Heating, we're looking for a Project Manager who is organized, dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

We aren't looking for someone who simply carries a clipboard, sends a few emails, and waits to be told what to do next.

We need someone who can look at a project, understand what needs to happen, coordinate the people and materials necessary to make it happen, and follow through until the job is complete.

Help Us Build the Next Stage of Our Companies

At Louxz Renovations and Liberty Plumbing & Heating, we're looking for a Project Manager who is organized, dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

We're growing, and we need someone who can help manage residential renovations, plumbing projects, repairs, and property improvements from start to finish.

This isn't a position where you'll simply carry a clipboard and wait to be told what to do. You'll work directly with ownership while coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, clients, and schedules.

The goal is simple: Keep projects organized. Keep people accountable. Keep clients informed. Keep jobs moving.

What You'll Be Trusted to Do

  • Manage multiple projects, schedules, milestones, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
  • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
  • Coordinate plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, painters, and other trades.
  • Make sure crews understand the scope of work and what needs to happen next.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Track project budgets, invoices, purchases, and change orders.
  • Document job progress with photos, notes, and project updates.
  • Coordinate permits and inspections when required.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, investors, tenants, property managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Identify potential delays or problems before they become bigger issues.
  • Create and manage punch lists through completion.
  • Follow up on outstanding items until they are actually completednot simply assigned.
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the details, tracks down answers, follows through on commitments, and doesn't need to be constantly reminded what needs to happen next.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Construction or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of residential renovations and construction sequencing.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of budgets, materials, invoices, and change orders.
  • Comfort using technology for scheduling, communication, photos, and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, permitting, inspections, estimating, or Philadelphia construction is a plus.

Why Join Us?

We're not a giant construction company with layers of management. We're growing companies where your work will have a direct impact.

You'll work closely with ownership, gain exposure to multiple areas of construction and property improvement, and help us improve the systems we use to manage projects, crews, subcontractors, and customers.

As our companies grow, we want the right person to grow in responsibility, leadership, and compensation as well.
What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Performance-based compensation opportunities
  • Professional growth and increased responsibility
  • Direct access to ownership and decision-making
  • Opportunity to help build and improve a growing operation
What Success Looks Like

Success means ownership doesn't have to constantly ask:

Did the subcontractor show up? Did the materials get ordered? Is the inspection scheduled? Was the customer updated? What's holding up the job?

A great Project Manager already knows the answersor is working on them before anyone has to ask.

If you're organized, dependable, resourceful, and ready to take ownership, we'd like to hear from you.
