- The Duffer Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.
- We are looking for self-driven individuals who are upbeat and results-driven.
- Base Pay with additional commission and bonuses for performance.
Responsibilities- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as your own market.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting
- Ensure all documents are received and signed by clients
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
- Call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and leads
- Take inbound Sales Calls
- Self Driven
