About JDC NFW Logistics
We are a growing FedEx contractor that launched August 15. Our team is building a strong, dependable driver crew with safety and teamwork at the center. Drivers report to 5005 Samuell Blvd., Mesquite, TX 75149.
Pay & Benefits
- $170/day after training – paid weekly
- $120/day training pay
- Health insurance for full-time employees
- 5 days PTO after 1 year
- Holiday pay after 1 year
- Company vehicle and uniform provided
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday
- Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete
- Operation runs Monday–Sunday
- Average 90–160 stops per day
What You’ll Do
- Deliver FedEx packages to homes and businesses
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Scan and log packages
- Use GPS to complete rural and denser delivery routes
- Safely handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
What You’ll Need
- Be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- 1 year of package delivery experience preferred
- Hard manual labor experience such as construction or landscaping accepted
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Must be willing to submit to an MVR review, background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- No CDL required
