Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintainaccurateinventory records through the cycle count process and investigate discrepancies.
Implement inventory control procedures tooptimizestock levels and reduce waste.
Oversee the counter, receiving, warehouse,and transfer operations.
Ensureall incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately andtimely.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all counter and warehouse activities.
Partner with managementin training counter associatesand implementingstandardized cross training of all warehouse associates.
Supervise counter and warehouse associates ensuring associates adhere to company policies,safelyprotocols, and operational standards.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols tomaintaina safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for associates.
Coordinate with internal departments and other branches to ensure smoothoperations.
Optimizewarehouse layout and spaceutilizationfor efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
Analyze data and performance of associates toidentifytrends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with the culture and goals of the company.
Perform otherduties asassigned by management.
Competencies:
Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Goodworking knowledge of InforSXe.
