We're seeking a motivated Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy building electrical control panels from detailed schematics and drawings.
What You'll Do:Assemble and wire electrical control panels and devices according to schematics and engineering drawings
Build motor starters, circuit breaker assemblies, disconnects, and electrical enclosures per specifications
Layout back panels and externally mounted devices with precision measurements
Mount components using hand tools, drilling, tapping, and fastening methods
Read and interpret electrical schematics, layouts, prints, and assembly instructions
Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and print requirements
Follow company quality systems, procedures, and safety guidelines
Assist with training and mentoring team members when needed
Support continuous improvement and ongoing training initiatives
Maintain productivity and meet customer delivery requirements
Work overtime as needed to support production schedules
What We're Looking For:Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings
Experience with panel assembly, wiring, or electrical manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with hand and power tools, drilling, tapping, and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
