Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a very clean, well-lit facility, primarily within a cleanroom-type production area. Operators work on either first shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) or second shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), with opportunities to pick up voluntary overtime on Saturdays for up to an additional 10 hours per week. You work on a small line with a team of about four colleagues, handling medical production parts using tools such as pencil grinders, files, bandsaws, and other hand tools. The environment allows you to sit for most of the shift, and you may wear headphones and listen to music while working, subject to safety guidelines. N95 masks are required as part of cleanroom and safety protocols. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and comfort, creating a focused yet relaxed atmosphere for operators.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.67 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
