Job Title: Scheduler
Job Description
This role focuses on improving the customer handoff between the contact center and in-home technician team during the appointment scheduling process. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule and coordinate appointments in Oracle, and ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service. By managing schedules, confirming key details, and aligning technician assignments with skills and territories, you will help reduce missed SLAs and appointments, ensure full job entitlement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Work Environment
This role operates in a modern, energetic office environment with a hybrid component. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays after training. During peak season, you will be required to work mandatory overtime, including one Saturday one weekend and one Sunday the following weekend, both of which are work-from-home days, on a rotating basis every 4–6 weeks with the team. The office is a brand-new facility in Naperville featuring a modern, pit-style floor layout, a coffee shop and convenience store, a bright kitchen area with a coffee machine, and strong energy on the floor. When permanent, employees have access to an on-site gym and basketball court. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
