The Material Expeditor oversees end-to-end material flow within a global supply chain, ensuring that parts are expedited, routed, and dispatched on time to meet production schedules. This role reviews the master production schedule to identify potential or actual material shortages, coordinates corrective actions, and maintains accurate documentation of material status, changes, and schedule modifications. The Material Expeditor works closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams through phone, email, and in-person collaboration to resolve issues quickly and keep production running smoothly.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates within a dynamic production and supply chain environment that requires regular interaction with planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams. You will work with technologies such as SAP, ERP/MRP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. The position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days on site each week and the flexibility to support up to 4 days on site as program needs require. Occasional driving to facilities in East Camden, Arkansas and/or Lufkin, Texas may be required. The work involves managing tight schedules, responding to changing priorities, and supporting crisis situations related to material flow, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.25/hr.
