Field Inspector for Property Management Company

The Position:

The Field Inspectorresponsibilities will include:

1. Visits vacant properties to conduct walkthroughs, install lockboxes and lease signs.
2. Assess vacant properties after contractors completed repairs to ensure quality of repairs.
3. Completes move-in inspections to verify the property is performing as expected and is move-in ready.
4. Completes vacancy checks to determine if the tenant has vacated.
5. Completes other offsite assignments as directed by Maintenance.
6. Assists with turning on utilities.
7. Takes pictures of properties for ads.
8. Meets with Constable Officers to perform writs.
9. Assists with Make Ready tasks as needed.

Qualifications

·Ability to work independently in vacant properties in communities all over the Houston area

·Proven ability to measure and review reports

·Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

·Work hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
