Food Production Team Member - 1st Shift
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Food Production Team Members to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards. We have openings across three of our core departments. Please specify your preferred role when applying.
Available Roles & Hours:
- Cooking: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Production: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Meat: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Excellent overtime opportunities!)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor processing, mixing, and forming equipment safely.
- Follow precise recipes and cooking guidelines on the production line.
- Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety rules.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable with a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for the duration of a long shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in food production, warehouse, or kitchens is a plus, but not requiredwe will train the right candidate!
